Attorney Zachary Gordon was quoted in The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette regarding his representation of the newspaper in their Right-to-Know-Law request seeking severance pay information. Attorney Gordon represented the newspaper before the Allegheny County Common Pleas Court and in the Commonwealth Court. Both courts agreed that the records were public and should be released.
