Christopher J. Parker






Mr. Parker’s areas of practice include commercial litigation, personal injury, and appellate litigation before federal and state courts.  He also has extensive experience with Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know-Law and claims for public access to judicial proceedings under the First Amendment and common law. Mr. Parker uses his diverse experience to provide comprehensive representation to his client across disciplines. 

Before joining Del Sole Cavanaugh Stroyd, LLC, Mr. Parker held associate positions with several Pittsburgh-based law firms.

Mr. Parker received his legal education from Duquesne University School of Law. As an evening student, he worked full time for various private and governmental organizations, including clerking for the Law Department of the City of Pittsburgh.  Scholastically, Mr. Parker graduated with honors and received an award for excellence in legal writing. Prior to law school, he graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh and majored in Philosophy and English Literature with minors in History of Art and Architecture and Medieval and Renaissance Studies.

Since entering the profession, Mr. Parker has been involved with the Allegheny county Bar association and other local organizations. Specifically, he has been an elected member of the Bar Leadership initiative class of 2016-17, served on Counsel and as Co-Chair of the Member Services Committee of the Young Lawyers Division.  In these capacities, Mr. Parker has organized numerous events to benefit local charitable organizations.

Outside of the office, Mr. Parker is an avid runner. He has completed several marathons and actively participates in local and regional races. Mr. Parker also enjoys backpacking, climbing and travelling with his family.
