Matthew T. Logue
Email Link Mr. Logue has successfully represented clients at jury and bench trials, arbitrations, mediations, and federal and state administrative agencies, including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the United States Merit Systems Protection Board, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. Mr. Logue began his legal career at Reed Smith LLP as an associate where he worked on complex litigation, employment and traditional defense matters. He then completed a clerkship with the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania where he drafted opinions, orders, and memoranda for court's review. His experience includes practicing at a boutique trial firm where he represented clients in diverse lawsuits trying both jury and bench trials in professional malpractice, pharmaceutical and traditional tort cases. Mr. Logue served as a legal intern with the Office of the Attorney General, where he was involved in all phases of criminal prosecutions and developed legal training materials for special agents and police officers. Mr. Logue also worked in the District Attorney's Office of Allegheny County as a legal intern, where he assisted in prosecuting numerous felony cases. Mr. Logue is actively involved in professional and community affairs. He is a member of the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and serves on the Executive Council of its Young Lawyers' Division. He is an elected member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Young Lawyer's Division Council. He also belongs to the American Association for Justice, through which he earned distinction as an Advocate through its National College of Advocacy.
