Bryan Devine practices in the areas of commercial litigation as well as personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Del Sole Cavanaugh Stroyd LLC, Mr. Devine was an associate in the Pittsburgh office of Reed Smith LLP. While at Reed Smith, Mr. Devine practiced in the areas of complex litigation with a particular emphasis in financial services and class action litigation.

Mr. Devine is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Devine graduated magna cum laude from the Duquesne University School of Law where he finished first in his class. He was awarded the Allegheny County Bar Association Award and the West Group Scholastic Achievement Award. Mr. Devine was also the recipient of two full-tuition, academic scholarships: the James P. McArdle Memorial Scholarship and the Dean’s Scholarship for Excellence. Mr. Devine was a member of the Duquesne Law Review and served as Executive Articles Editor. He is the author of the Note: Madison Construction Co. v. Harleysville Mutual Insurance Co., 735 A.2d 100 (Pa. 1999), 38 DUQ. L. REV. 949 (2000).

Mr. Devine obtained his Bachelor of Arts in history, summa cum laude, from Duquesne University. Mr. Devine was a recipient of two academic scholarships while at Duquesne: the Presidential Scholarship and the Ferry Scholarship. He was also a member of the Director’s Circle and a member of the Dean’s List for all eight semesters. Mr. Devine was also a member of a number of Honors Societies, including Phi Kappa Phi National Honors Society and Phi Eta Sigma National Honors Society. He was also a member of the Duquesne University football team.

Bryan was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he currently resides with his wife Laurie.
